Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro & major cities: 2–4 business days
- Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote / North-East regions: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, festivals or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499 (or as displayed at checkout).
- Orders below the free-shipping threshold attract a flat shipping fee, shown transparently at checkout before payment.
- Cash on Delivery orders may carry an additional COD handling fee, displayed at checkout.
4. Serviceable Locations
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Some remote PIN codes may not be serviceable; if your PIN code is unserviceable, you will be notified at checkout or when we attempt dispatch.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared with you via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can also view order status anytime under "My Orders" in your account.
6. Taxes & Other Charges
Product prices include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Any additional charges (shipping, COD handling) are clearly shown in your cart and order summary before you complete payment — there are no hidden charges.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Re-delivery due to incorrect details may incur additional charges.
